Being healthy is hard but so is not being able to look at yourself in the mirror...so pick your hard. I used to be real thin in high school but then life happens and your body reflects the changes. I have failed trial and error to get back in shape - but wherever you're at now that will always be somewhere to start! I come here as an escape to find my motivation when I feel like giving up and to shape "my self". So I figure it could help others along the way! (: Learning to count fat-loss not weight-loss is whats' important to me. You can still be healthy and not be VS model skinny. Embrace your curves! While most have just been naturally thin, those who have struggled to be fit have been strong. Stay strong <3
